The homeowners of this stately 1963 built Lake Minnetonka home desired a renovation and expansion that would preserve the design integrity and balance of the home without increasing its footprint. This was accomplished by adding new spaces into the existing roof structure in the form of dormers, appearing original to the design of the home. A new 'lake house' was also designed, which features a seating area and sod roof that appears as uninterrupted lawn when viewed from the main house.
