Autumn Point Residence - simply put was a fun project. A lot of attention went into the design details. Working with the architect to make sure these details come out as intended was crucial - the end result stunning. The project scope consisted of demolishing an existing structure and re-using some of the existing foundation. Being close to wetlands much attention has to be paid to erosion control and Conservation Commission compliance. This project took 11 months to build from the ground up. Lots of attention paid to the details inside and outside. Project is located in an exclusive neighborhood on the North Shore. Personally - love the front entry!
