Refinished floors in select area's of the house. Refinished middle island counter top. Built deck on 3rd floor of house with views of the Atlantic Ocean and Boston. Removed and reinstalled new handrail system around entire 1st floor deck off back of house. Re-painted select areas inside the house. Work was performed to help the homeowner put the house on the market. Owner was out of state and trusted Wild Apple Homes to perform the work while they were not present. Strong communication and trust with the owners and subcontractors was the key to this successful project.
