This project was located on an ocean point in Manchester by the Sea. Access to this particular location was difficult for larger vehicles so a lot of attention was paid to site logistics to minimize the impact in the neighborhood. Project scope consisted of the demolition of an existing structure and the construction of a ground up custom home. Stunning ocean views, from the cliffs. The design team worked hard to situate the house to maximize views and exposure to natural sunlight. Teaming up with trusted subcontractor partners produced a stunning end product.
