We designed and built this basement build-out on Lake Keowee. What started as an unfinished basement ended with bedrooms, new bath and a great room/bar area, as well as a storage room for all their lake toys. The support beams in the ceiling were transformed into focal points with custom beadboard and trim. A matching bar was designed and built with a small kitchen area with a beautiful granite counter top. The shower features pebble tile floor and accent tiles.
