Lake Keowee homeowners wanted to expand their master bedroom and closet area. The original home has a very detailed Craftsman style, and it was important to carry that style through the addition. We designed an addition that expanded the bedroom and added a walk-in closet/dressing area. Using the existing double door with transom and new matching windows, we designed a pine accent wall that lets plenty of light in from the new balcony. The exterior of the addition was treated with stained shakes and batten wood trim portions that carried out the original theme of the home. We completed the entire addition in three months and on budget.
