This bathroom was in the house when it was a rental. It was in such bad shape, nobody would even use it. It was dirty, moldy, and leaking. A claw foot tub was found at a garage sale. Wainscotting added to the walls, tile to the floor, a new sink and toilet finished the farmhouse look. Adding a chandelier and many mirrors gave the room a fun twist!
