3rd floor remodel of a 1903 home added about 900 sq. ft. more to the footprint. At one point there had been a small fire up here and the space was a mess! The shape is basically a big open X. We enclosed the front to create a bedroom, the center and water (west) side became overflow guest quarters with a large common area in the center, the back is the stairwell and the east side of the X is yet to be finished. The plan is the add a bathroom. The electrical is done, and I even had a claw foot tub drug up there that I found at a garage sale. There is yet any plumbing though!!! Stay tuned...
