Our clients rented this Narragansett coastal property several seasons before buying it for their own. They enlisted Sweenor Builders to revamp and modernize the home with an open floor plan. Our new design capitalizes on the view, creates an inviting entry, and ensures easy flow between the main entertaining areas. Our scope also included renovating the entry stairway, updating the home's first floor master bedroom, bath, and powder room, and moving laundry from the garage to an efficient laundry station tucked behind sliding doors in the hallway.
