In collaboration with leading architect Shahin Barzin, Sweenor constructed this 3,600-square-foot custom home on the water’s edge of Great Island in Narragansett, RI. The project effectively combines wide open floor plans with a wall of windows to maximize water views, and features a state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen. Throughout, Sweenor leveraged expertise building in a flood plan to manage tight site constraints, and ensure appropriate coastal zone protection against storm surge and flooding.
