In collaboration with Coutre Design Associates and Taste Design, Sweenor Builders is honored to have the job of updating this historic gem in Narragansett’s prestigious Ocean Road neighborhood. Designed by famed architectural firm McKim, Mead & White and built in 1884, ‘Stone Lea’ is designated on the National Registry of Historic Places. Project designs are underway and focus on updating interior spaces and seamlessly introducing state-of-the-art energy and building systems for this special landmark.
