Beginning with a teardown of an existing structure, our new design/build maximizes space and creates panoramic views to help our clients achieve their ideal family summer home. The vertical design addresses the demands of a small lot and working within a tight building envelope, while adding light and capitalizing on 360° views of the ocean, pond, and Jamestown and Newport Bridges.
