This sweet little house is full of charm that integrates it perfectly into its beach community. The home offers its owners the casual cottage-like living they desired for their retirement, while providing space for entertaining their neighbours, family, and friends. Thanks to a great expanse of bi-folding glass doors, the back of the house opens onto a spectacular indoor-outdoor space complete with covered deck, swimming pool, and pool house. Almost a bungalow, but for its half storey up top, which holds guest rooms and a media room perfect for indoor entertainment on stormier days. The original design was adapted slightly for the homeowners choice of a darker exterior colour and the floor plan had to be flipped to meet the city's requirements regarding garage location.
