This new custom home was designed to be forward thinking. With the desire to stay long term, and for the future generations, energy efficiency and performance were considered as well as a traditional facade that would remain timeless in its neighbourhood. With the accommodation of aging parents in mind, considerations were made for a self-contained suite with elevator access to the second floor. The interior design incorporates both contemporary and transitional finishings, while a few more ornate touches like crown moulding, coffered ceilings, and diamond-shaped peek-a-boo windows add warmth and sophistication to this family home.
