Komorebi

Drawing inspiration from the Japanese concept of Komorebi—the gentle interplay of sunlight filtering through leaves—this South Delta home is a study in light, calm, and natural connection. Every element of its design celebrates the beauty of simplicity and the harmony between indoors and out.

Expansive glazing and a striking central skylight flood the interior with daylight, illuminating warm wood ceilings, soft neutral tones, and tactile materials that invite touch and comfort. The open-plan kitchen and living areas flow effortlessly to the surrounding gardens, creating a tranquil sense of continuity. Natural textures and clean architectural lines define the aesthetic, while thoughtful details ensure livability without compromise. Komorebi is both refined and grounded—an elegant modern retreat where nature, light, and architecture exist in perfect balance.
