The clients design criteria was to create a clean and modern gallery like space, with "a place for everything, and everything in its place." State of the art smart home technology is used abundantly throughout the home.
The design features include a large wrap-around "shark tank", a Guest Suite with a Las Vegas vibe, and state of the art Kitchen appliances-found not only in the Kitchen, but artfully concealed in the Master Bedroom Suite, as well as in the Entertainment Media Room.
Comfort is found in the endless amenities and custom details contained within an otherwise pared down design, however, and element of "the unexpected" exists throughout the home.
Custom cabinetry and premium finishes are used throughout, such as custom glass stairs, accent walls of chiseled stone, glass tiles, and sculpted wood panels.
