A new addition to a B&B for the owners R&R

Created a 300 square foot addition to existing property to be utilized for the owner's primary private living space. Space included a floor to ceiling custom Tuscan feel fireplace complete with wood plank ceilings in the family room space to a private office. Clients love their new master spa like bathroom to retreat to after a long day at the B&B.
