Client relocated to the area to be closer to family. They purchased this 90's townhome and requested to have spaces updated to their taste & liking. Added some cool modern lighting, took out all the carpet and added luxury vinyl tile (LVT) throughout home. Guest bathroom was totally updated to included handrails in tub/shower combo for when elder parents visit. All spaces were painted a light gray neutral palette so would marry well with any décor.
