This home was built in/or around 1925. It has had several remodels and additions added to create the floor layout that existed today. The size and the existing cabinetry layout did not work well for this family of 5. In addition to creating a beautiful new, bright and modern kitchen; we also updated the electrical and plumbing that was sourcing this space. Added lots of storage with the pantry wall system. Added more lighting with the addition of a 2nd window at the sink peninsula. Took down part of the wall between the kitchen and dining room to add another peninsula for entertaining, as well as, easy sight to watch the children. Appliances are in a navy glass panel that really brought this space a "pop" of color. New LED recessed can lighting really brightened this space for better working environment.
