WA Construct designed and built a second-level addition and full remodel for this Bergenfield, NJ home. The challenge was adding a complete upper floor while reworking the main level into one open, connected living space. Our design-build team managed structural framing, the new floor plan, and every finish under one roof — from permitting through final walkthrough. The result is a transformed home with an expanded footprint, an open-concept living and dining area, refined millwork and lighting, and warm wood flooring throughout.
