WA Construct completed a full second floor addition and whole-home renovation at 290 Lucas Lane in Wyckoff, NJ. The project expanded the home's footprint with a new second level featuring a primary suite with vaulted ceilings, custom walk-in closet, and a spa-inspired en-suite bathroom with freestanding soaking tub and gold fixtures.

The main level was fully renovated with an open concept floor plan, a high-end kitchen featuring a sage green island, herringbone tile backsplash, professional appliances including wine fridge and double wall ovens, and gold hardware throughout. A sunroom addition with wraparound black-frame windows and glass sliding barn doors connects the interior to the backyard.

Additional highlights include a modern staircase with horizontal black metal railings, linear fireplace with built-in cabinetry, custom mudroom with wood locker built-ins, and a finished basement with full bathroom. Every level was redesigned and rebuilt by WA Construct from the ground up.
