WA Construct managed every phase through a full-service design-build process. The new second floor includes a master suite with en-suite bathroom, additional bedrooms with hardwood flooring, and multiple bathrooms featuring marble tile, frameless glass showers, and geometric hexagon floor tile. The main level was opened up with a transitional kitchen showcasing gray shaker cabinetry, quartz countertops, a patterned cement tile backsplash, and a large center island. A bright dining room with sliding patio door connects to the backyard. The finished basement adds a home gym, full bathroom, and laundry room. Outside, the home received fiber cement siding, a custom paver patio, stone veneer entry with covered porch, and new landscaping — delivering a home that looks and lives like new construction.
