Bloomington Lower Level

This lower level was an unfinished basement with some roughed in plumbing and partial walls. Mechanicals and plumbing were moved or added to optimize space and layout. One of the main elements to the design was to make the space inviting, colorful and interactive to the activities the family enjoyed. A reading nook, art and game table, snack kitchen and TV viewing areas all form the main area. A guest bedroom, a bathroom, storage area, and workout room complete the floor plan.
