The concrete walkway to the home, eroded in time and damaged by the cherry blossom tree, required fixing and gave rise to our complete landscape renovation project. We designed a new pathway and terraced the frontyard to make routine maintenance easier. We reshaped the trees and shrubs and added stone to give nods to the prevalent Asian-styled landscape in the area. We turned the foundation for a defunct jacuzzi into a small deck and give reasons for the swinging benches in the presence of waterfalls and streamworks.

Our clients had intended to renovate and sell. Then they stayed.
