Built with sustainability in mind, this home is the first single family residence in Burnaby to integrate an underwater cistern which allows the homeowners to flush their toilets and handle their outside irrigation with rainwater. It also made use of passive cross-vent and stack-vent approaches to beat the heat and high efficiency mechanical equipment and appliances.

This multigenerational home was designed and built to last through generations!
It was crafted from the desire to have a home where each generation could retreat to their own suite to rest, and then gather together in large groups when necessary… along with hosting the occasional a cappella barbershop singing troupe!
