From the beginning, these homeowners had a clear vision for their condo renovation, and it wasn’t what most young professionals have in mind for Yaletown!

We designed and built it with them, pursuing a traditional approach. Reconfiguring the space to accommodate a more functional arrangement with well pointed architectural detailing. A strong design rationale was important to bring the old-world feel into a glass & steel high rise building, and not have it feel out of place. White marble tiles with black border welcome you at the door, and pull you through the foyer, bath, and into the kitchen, in a deliberately traditional pattern. Custom profiles were created where stock products weren’t quite the right proportion or size. The space that was once just a box - is now a home.
