This sleek condo renovation in Yaletown involved a key goal of expanding the kitchen all the way to the large curtain glass windows. The transformation included making this 3 bedroom suite into a 2 bedroom, allowing for a larger kitchen and 2 separate office areas.

The two bathrooms were completely refurbished with the ensuite tub converted to a large shower. A mix of soft wood tones, layered throughout the home characterize the overall look & feel. This is contrasted by the high gloss upper cabinets and countertops for a snap of discipline. Fridge and dishwasher were integrated, and a simple hoodfan keeps the entire kitchen wall next to window wall understated.

The greatest challenge in executing this project involved constraints with the base building utilities with concrete slab floor separations and limited room to manipulate points of service connection. Despite that, we managed to flip and expand the kitchen, achieve power to a remote island, and open up the entire floor plan - putting the 180 degree view on full display.
