This project required a detailed refurbishment throughout in preparation for a long term rent.

Every room was worked on with new floor finishes throughout and further works included basement re-rendering, update electrics switches, lights sockets, carpentry and updated ironmongery to ensure the property was prepared to the very highest standards for prime rental.

We have continue to support this property right the way up to rental, working closely alongside the owners with their personal commercial investment.
