This project required six new bathrooms, along with a detailed refurbishment throughout in preparation for a long term rent.

The bathrooms offer a practical and classic style that works with the rest of the property and offer longevity maintain free use.

Further building works included basement re-rendering, update electrics switches, lights sockets and ironmongery throughout, as well as ensuring the property was prepared to the very highest standards for prime rental.
