Five Sextillion were appointed as Designers and Main contractors for the full refurbishment to this spacious two-bwedroomed apartment in Clerkenwell.

Besides the remodelling of 2 luxury bathrooms and an open-plan kitchen, we fitted joinery to the bedrooms and hallway, Bisque radiator panels throughout, new doors and door architraves which were custom made in Italy, new window treatments and finishes to the floor and walls.

Behind the scenes we introduced a new MVHR system, added a fully electric heating system, smart underfloor heating to the bathrooms, increased power supply to the apartment along with new electrics throughout. We fitted secondary glazing, thermal insulation to the exterior walls and sound insulation to the interior walls.
