Project goal: transform a classic Cape Cod into a 'new' modern home without losing the original homes' charming curb appeal. This was accomplished through a full gut/renovation of the existing home and a modern rear addition. Highlights include large open first floor spaces, a soaring Owner's suite with ten foot ceilings, and larger windows throughout.
