This traditional Cape Cod on the Eastside of Greenville had enormous potential. Situated on a large lot with a beautiful pool and tropical backyard, it just needed a new space plan for better function and entertaining spaces. We worked with an architect to remove a wall between the dining room and living room and a second wall to open up the kitchen. To create a large master suite and walk-in closet, we walled up the unused office and opened up a bedroom and closet to create a dream master suite. An old addition is now used as the ultimate entertaining area with ping pong table, pub table and viewing area. The french doors open up to a tropical backyard with pool cabana, fire pit and outdoor TVs for college football in the fall. The exterior was given a facelift with painted white brick and a new blue door. This is truly coming home to your own tropical paradise.
