The client has a penthouse that overlooks the Peace Center in downtown Greenville. Dark paint colors, an enormous dining room table and a high kitchen bar were obstructing the beautiful views. While the owner attended a corporate meeting out of state, we cut down the kitchen bar to open the views, painted the entire apartment, installed new granite counters, light fixtures, motorized shades and AV system. We relocated a new dining room table to a niche that takes advantage of the views. We custom designed a sectional in a herringbone velvet and added a foot to the chaise to make it more comfortable for our tall client. The new counter accommodates swivel stools and can be used as work space. We lightened up the entry with a malachite wallpaper and found the perfect antique chest for extra storage. The client returned home to a beautiful new apartment that was done in a week.
