The clients have a beautiful mountain house with spectacular views. Their walkout basement had become a repository for old furniture but they knew the space could be better utilized for entertaining family and friends. We chose new paint colors for the walls and ceiling to lighten and open up the space. We selected a gorgeous chandelier from Arteriors for the pool table. Graphic curtains were selected to frame the french doors. We sourced a brown leather sofa and two red swivel chairs locally and they are the perfect place to sink into and watch a movie on the 80-inch TV. A closet-like space was transformed into wine storage with a cooler for drinks.

Outside on the deck, we found the perfect sectional to tuck into a corner. A foosball table was put on wheels to bring out in warm weather. We ordered gorgeous outdoor pillows from Elaine Smith to complete the space. Next, we're going to help the client create a collage on the back basement wall of golf memorabilia.
