This client was not looking for a house when one caught their eye on Instagram. The couple was about to be empty nesters and had enjoyed a historic family home with a large yard to raise their boys. This newly built home within walking distance to downtown Greenville appealed to them with large gracious rooms, soaring ceilings and an inviting layout perfect for entertaining. We were able to use many of the clients' family antiques and incorporated new custom upholstery balanced with contemporary art. We worked on space plans for the rooms prior to moving in, catalogued the antiques they would like to keep and identified new furniture to complete the rooms. Within a couple of weeks of moving in, the couple was already hosting spring parties and making new memories for the whole family.
