This condo was only about 10 yrs. old, but needed a facelift. We refreshed from top to bottom will all new paint for ceilings, walls and trim and had the beautiful Brazilian Cherry hard wood floors refinished. In the Master Bed, we brightened the walls to a fresh gray, and retiled the fireplace with an elongated hex stone tile. Then, enclosing that old style TV "hole", so the TV can sit flush to the wall for a more contemporary look.

For the Kitchen, the Mediterranean tile backsplash and granite tile countertop wasn't the look for this sophisticated young couple. By simply changing counters to a warm gray quartz, then adding 2" x 8" hand made tiles in creamy white definitely upgraded the look.

The final result was stunning.
