Located in the desirable “Bethany Neighborhood”, this little gem had been used as a rental house for the last 16 years was badly worn and in definite need of some TLC. Staying on a tight budget, we gave the home a complete refresh. Highlights included light gray paint and new flooring throughout, repainted the Maple Shaker Cabinets to white, a few new light fixtures and changed out the tile counters with pre-fab gray quartz counters. We kept the budget for the entire house under $45,000, the result is spectacular!
