This was a fun one! Clients did not have a powder bath on the main floor, making it awkward for guests. With little ingenuity, structural engineer and the help of a great drafting program we were able to convert an old coat closet into a 1/2 bath. Not to worry, we added another coat closet and upgraded their living room as well. A job well done!
