This was a fun cosmetic makeover. 16 yr. old condo in Orenco Station, kitchen and baths were in excellent shape, but all other finishes (paint, carpet, appliances) were in bad need of a Re-Fresh. We changed all flooring to a dark cherry engineered wood throughout, kitchen and bathrooms to a travertine "look" luxury vinyl tile. All walls painted light beige - with a couple accent walls in great room, home office and master bed. All cabinets and counters in Kitchen and Baths stayed the same - waiting for a future remodel!
