This is what I would call a bath remodel "lite". For the most part all items in this bath were in good condition and really didn't need to be changed. Flooring and Fiberglass tub/shower were still in good condition so stayed in place, but white formica cabinet and counter were originally designed for kids who were long gone by this point. In need of an update, but wanting to conserve funds. A few small changes created a whole new look. Change out of counter top to a pre-fab quartz counter where price is significantly less than custom. Charming mosaic tile back splash. Original sinks and faucets were re-used. Hollywood bar lighting was replaced with new fixtures (1 over each sink). The finishing touch - one of my specialties - changing of plain "glue on" mirror, to a "framed" style mirror to add a custom touch.
