Built on the hillside above Leach Creek, the original house was practically a tear down. All new kitchen, bathrooms, entry and front porch. A large, terraced, stone retaining wall holds up the hillside with a walk-way to a fire pit area. A new tin roof, siding and paint make the exterior shine.

This home is designed so it can be easily converted to handicapped living in the future. The lower level is designed for possible future use as living quarters for a live-in caregiver.

Leach Creek is a viable creek throughout the year, with salmon runs in late January. We have taken great care and thought into preserving this natural environment and incorporating this backdrop into our interior design.
