The family living in this house in Chaparral neighborhood just needed a freshen things up a bit. Which house couldn't use a bit of that? They now are the proud owners of this amazing two-tone kitchen, with lots of creative storage solutions, beautiful custom made cabinetry, modern open shelving and great new appliances. Next to the kitchen is a small butler room and pantry. We renovated their upstairs bathroom, added a custom made double sink vanity and handy storage spaces. In the basement we also worked on the bathroom and continued in a special place for working out and storing sports equipment. The basement bedroom now has a great built in closet and desk, a great room for any teenager.
