This was a fun second home project as for once we didn't have a tight deadline to move tenants into the home. The owner picked out a gray kitchen cabinet color with new stainless steel hardware and opted to have crown molding installed. Both bathroom vanities were refinished in Espresso with all new hardware. The cabinet flooring under the kitchen sink and one bathroom vanity were warped. We removed the damaged flooring and installed new fiberboard flooring.
