At the move out inspection of this vintage bungalow home built in the 1950s the interior and exterior was in need of some work. Outside we cleaned out the gutters, cleared debris off the roof, trimmed the large established oak trees, and pressure washed the exterior. Inside we had a plumber rebuild one of the toilets and shower. We painted most of the rooms, deep cleaned, replaced the blinds, cleaned the bathtubs, removed the carpets in a wood panel along with a layer of vinyl tile, and finished the tile glued to the subfloor. We replaced the locks all to one key and touched up the closets and pantry, along with some other misc items.
