This neighborhood HOA in Mt Pleasant sent out a violation notice to the owner IN JULY to complete exterior trim painting. We got it done but not our favorite project painting outside when the heat index is 105 degrees. Thankfully pressure washing took care of the vinyl trim and we just had the wood trim to complete.
