Pelican Properties completed a large cosmetic remodel on this 5 bedroom home in 2020. 3 years later it needed much less work and we were able to focus on some details like keyless entry, replacing brass door knobs with stainless steel to match other fixtures in the home, refinishing a walk in fiberglass bathtub, repairing a rotted garage door frame, installing a new ceiling fan in the master bedroom, and repairing a hole in the bedroom ceiling from a tree limb that stabbed through the roof during Hurricane Ian, along with several water spots. We were able to clean most of the walls with minimal touch up painting. Due to the storm the tenants will also be getting a new roof.
