This amazing mid-town Kansas City home was built in 1904 and was in desperate need of updating!
This client requested that we do our best to improve upon some of the existing renovations that had been done to the home to help make it feel like a more cohesive space.
Here are a few of the changes we made to the space.
1. New lighting updates throughout the home
2. New kitchen flooring + cabinetry hardware and fixtures
3. Accent paint colors + wallpaper in the entry, dining room, back porch
4. New flooring and shower tile in both 2nd and 3rd floor bathrooms
5. New vanity and lighting in all 3 bathrooms
6. Hardwood flooring refinishing
This client also retained dh Design Studio to purchase new furniture items throughout the home. While we did have to work around some of the clients existing items (sofa and fireplace) all of the other furniture and decor items were hand selected and placed by our amazing design team. We also created an amazing live edge floating desk in one of the bedrooms!
