This charming bungalow was built in 1926 and was nicknamed "the cat house" by our client after they purchased it. I'm sure you can use your imagination as to why it had received that name...

This project was a total top-to-bottom renovation, from new drywall to flooring and everything in between.

The simple and classic kitchen renovation was the perfect change to this once-tight and divided home. With this home, we did make some layout changes by taking over one of the 3 bedrooms to create a fun and spacious living room space.

Our team also hand-picked all furniture and decor items placed in this home, as well as a custom-made dining room table!

Our client was absolutely thrilled with the final result and we have to say, there is no more cat smell!!!
