Hyde-Park Homestead
This is another classic mid-town Kansas City home built in 1890 and has received various renovations over the years, but it needed a good refresh. The homeowner contacted us to help turn this amazing home into a full-service Air-BnB!
With this project, we made the following improvements.
1. Kitchen Updates
- Painted Cabinetry
- Updated all hardware and fixtures
- New tile backsplash
2. Hardwood flooring refinished throughout the home
3. Added a new full bathroom to the main floor
4. Updated tile, fixtures, and lighting to 2nd floor bath
5. Completely remodeled 3rd-floor bathroom
Since this home was turned into an Air-BnB the client also retained dh Design Studio to completely furnish the property. Every item you see pictured, from the furnishings to the decor, was hand-selected and installed by our amazing design team!
