This client contacted us wanting to completely update this colonial-style home built in the mid-1970s. A few key changes we made in this home are as follows.

2. Bathroom remodel - 2 full baths + 1 half bath
- Completely gutted and reconfigured Master Bath
- Upstairs Hall Bath received a new vanity, tub + shower surround
- Downstairs half bath received wainscotting, wallpaper, new vanity + fixtures
3. Flooring refinishing + installation of new hardwoods in the kitchen
4. Stairway banisters and railing update
5. Finished out basement with additional living space + bedroom
6. Lighting updates throughout the home
7. Wallpaper accents in various rooms of the home
8. Rebuilt deck and added 30' swim spa
